Why do you think you should be FOTM: I think I should be FOTM because of the sincere dedication I have toward being a Jordin fan. I love her music, her attitude, her talent, and her smile. She's a role model to so many people, including myself. I am so happy that she is getting to live her lifelong dream because she certainly deserves it. I completely and truly care about her so much, and defend her and everything she stands for whenever necessary. I couldn't even describe how much Jordin means to me. She's beautiful, funny, sweet, smart, caring and always makes me smile. I love her like an older sister, I look up to her, and I consider her to be one of my best friends. Plus, I've never won a FOTM contest :]
When did you first discover Jordin: I first discovered Jordin the night FOX played her audition for "American Idol" Season 6. From the moment I saw her, I knew she was someone special. Her presence was just so precious, and enough to make anyone smile. The second I heard her sing, I was amazed, and she became my favorite throughout the competition. I've been rooting for her ever since that night.
At what moment did you first realize you were a Jordin fan: I knew I was a Jordin fan from the night of her audition and through every single week on the show. However, I think I really realized it during the two-night long finale: May 22, 2007 and May 23, 2007. When the phone lines opened, I sat in front of a phone and dialed the numbers to vote for Jordin for about 4 hours. I was so tired, but so excited at the thought that I was giving her more votes. The next day, I was counting down to the American Idol finale and getting more and more excited at the thought of her being the next American Idol. I knew how long she dreamed of winning the show, and how she watched Kelly Clarkson's winning moment, and said she wanted to do that, too. I decorated my house for the finale, and my family had a small finale party watching it together. The moment Ryan Seacrest announced that she won, I screamed in pure joy. When she started to sing"This Is My Now" as the new American Idol, I just felt so happy for her. My heart was beating so hard, and I even began to cry because of how proud of her I felt at that moment. That whole experience is definitely the point where I knew Jordin was going to be a part of my life forever.

Why do you love/like Jordin: I love Jordin for so many reasons. I love her spirit. She's not afraid to be herself, and she knows what she believes in. She knows just what to say and when to say it, regardless of how she feels afterward. I love how she never seems to give up, even if the odds appear to be against her. I love how she never stops reaching for the stars. She's a dreamer and she doesn't quit. It amazes me to see how far she's come since her American Idol audition, and I love how she always makes me so proud of her. I love how sweet she is and how she treats all her fans. I love how real and down-to-earth she is, how much she cares, and how easy she is to talk to. She's beautiful, and I love how more and more people are discovering the girl behind the music. If I need to smile, I know either a picture of her or a quick reading of her MySpace status will usually do the trick. If I need inspiration, she's always saying or posting a bulletin saying something sincere and motivating. Above all, I love how she changed my life. She really makes me think about how I can be a better person. She's amazing.
Is there anything special you would like to say to Jordin, in case she's reading this: Hi Jordin! Thank you for being you. I really appreciate it. You are amazing and I really hope I will get the chance to meet you soon. Thank you for changing my life spiritually. Thanks to you, Jordin, I was able to grow so much more in my walk of faith. I got baptized on Christmas Eve last year, and the whole church learned that you were the person who brought me to that level of faith. I'm just so grateful that you are a part of my life. I will always support you and I will always love you.
